October 14 - Review for History of Maps and Map Making Test on Thursday/Friday

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

Welcome and great to see all you amazing people!  I hope that you had a fantastic weekend!  Today in class we will be doing the review lecture that we had to skip because of the power outage last week.  We will be reviewing the information that you read in the annotation activity a couple of weeks ago on the history of maps and map making.  We have our History of maps and map making test on Thursday/Friday!  I hope that everyone is doing well and ready for another day!  Let's get down to business!  Below you will find our agenda, homework, and resources for the day.

Objectives:
  1. Review the history of maps and map making for the test on Thursday/Friday
Agenda:

  2. History of Maps and Map Making Review Lecture
  3. Work on Court Cartographer Project (Time Permitting)
    1. Grading Rubric
Homework:
  1. History of Maps and Map making, Latitude/Longitude, and Time zones on Thursday/Friday
  2. Court Cartographer Project due Thursday/Friday after the test
