September 28 - Latitude and Longitude Practice

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

Today in class we will be doing some basic practice using latitude and longitude.  This is some good stuff to know in terms of working with and manipulating maps.  Hope that you are ready because this is our last day together before the Fall Break!  Hope you are getting your Virtual Campus Tour done because it is due tonight, don't forget!  Hope you are all doing well on this fine day!  Below you will find our agenda, homework, and resources for the day.

Objectives:

1. Discuss the attributes of latitude and longitude through note taking and collaborative practice
2. Locate and identify locations via their geographic coordinates by completing a longitude/latitude practice w/s

Agenda:

1. History Today #12
2. Discuss Latitude and Longitude
3. Practice Latitude and Longitude

Homework:

1. Submit VCT to Google Classroom
2. Leave private comment on Google Classroom if you are planning on doing Extra Credit
