Today in class we are reviewing the History of Maps and Map Making. This should be mostly a review for you (if you did your assignment the day I was absent!) and we should be able to get through it quick. After that we are starting our Court Cartographer project! Below you will find our agenda, homework, and resources.

- For this assignment you will need to draw a map illustrating the information provided in the fictional letter from the fictional explorer Luigi Bartolini
- Be sure to annotate the letter and keep close track of the details provided by the explorer.

- Examine the rubric closely and be sure to follow it to achieve full credit!
- Exceptional levels of effort and creativity may earn extra credit.
