So unfortunately my car broke down today (Monday) and I am taking tomorrow off to take it to the mechanic and hopefully get it fixed. You task in class is to work on your Court Cartographer project. I expect you to devote your time and energy entirely to the project while you are in class. It is due by the end of the period on Thursday! You will receive more time to work in class on Thursday before it is due. Remember that you are being graded on completion, accuracy, and effort. For those of you interested there is a good deal of extra credit available for going above and beyond the expectations of the assignment. Be good and stay on task for the sub tomorrow. Below you will find our agenda, homework, and resources for the day.
Agenda:
- Court Cartographer Project Work Time
- Don't forget to examine the Rubric while working to ensure you are meeting all requirements!
- Be sure you can complete the assignment by the end of the block period on Thursday!
- continue working at home if you do not think this is possible
Hi Mr. Thiemann,
I know Elaine has sent you an email regarding a meeting for next week, but we forgot to ask you for a favor: could you tell all your freshmen classes that if they are watching the homecoming skit, to join in on the chant at the end which goes like this: ("YOU" as in the freshmen in the crowd)
We say- who are we?!
YOU say- we are freshmen!!!
We say- who are we??
YOU say- We're perfection!
We say- WHO ARE WE??
YOU say- FRESH-MEN!!!!!!!!
Thanks, and please let them know that we are doing this chant at the end of the skit.

Live long and prosper,
Mr. Marchetti
