January 9 & 10 - Introduction to California Geography

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

Welcome and great to see all you beautiful people!  I am excited that we are all ready to go for another semester!  Today in class we will be talking about California Geography!  This involves a little look at the four major regions of California and then a fun activity where we will be researching places to visit in California!  I love this stuff!  Let's get down to business!  Below you will find our agenda, homework, and resources for the day.

Objectives:

1. Describe the different regions of California through reading and annotation
2. Identify and label the various regions on a map and indicate their varying attributes
3. Research and map the directions to points of interest in California with the use of Google Maps
