Hello ladies and gentlemen,

Today in class we will be discussing our last topic of the semester before our Final Exam.  This week we will be talking about Government and Economic systems.  This is a fun and interesting topic that can help explain the world around us.  I can't wait to see what you all think!  Always great to see you all, hope you had a great weekend!  Below you will find our agenda, homework, and resources for the day.

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

Unfortunately I will be unable to be with you today.  I unexpectedly got pulled out for a Professional Development meeting.  However, today is a pretty easy day.  You simply need to work on, and finish, the Research Workshop Project and submit it to Google Classroom.  I hope that you are all doing your best to accomplish each task and learn the various methodologies associated with conducting proper research.  I miss you all and hope that you have a good day!

Objectives:
  1. Complete a multifaceted project in which students identify source types, search for information, identify plagiarized material, and practice proper citation.

We are nearing the end of the semester and we still have a few items to cover.  This week we will be practicing an important educational skill that you will likely use throughout your academic career. Today we are starting a discussion about research. This is something that you are always expected to do in English, Science, and History but you may not have the skills to do it. Today in class we will be working on our writing skills.  You will be writing a compare and contrast paragraph, comparing the etiquette from two of the countries that you researched and took notes on.  This should be a development process to improve your writing skills, so take the time and put in the effort to make sure you do this right!  Below you will find our agenda, homework, and resources for the day.
